LimoLift LLC Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: July 2026
Welcome to LimoLift LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern all reservations and transportation services provided by LimoLift LLC ("LimoLift," "we," "our," or "us"). By requesting, reserving, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Reservations
Reservations are confirmed only after acceptance by LimoLift LLC and receipt of any required payment, deposit, or valid credit card authorization.
Reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
The individual making the reservation represents that they are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of all passengers included in the reservation.
2. Payment
Payment is due according to the terms provided at the time of booking.
LimoLift accepts major credit cards and other approved payment methods.
Corporate accounts approved for direct billing shall be invoiced according to their established payment agreement.
The customer authorizes LimoLift LLC to charge the payment method on file for all authorized charges related to the reservation, including but not limited to:
Transportation charges
Waiting time
Additional stops
Parking fees
Airport fees
Road tolls
Cleaning charges
Vehicle damage
Additional services requested during the reservation
3. Cancellation Policy
Airport Transfers
Reservations cancelled more than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled pickup time will not incur a cancellation charge.
Reservations cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of pickup will be charged the full reservation amount.
Hourly Charters
Hourly reservations cancelled more than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled service will not incur a cancellation charge.
Reservations cancelled within seventy-two (72) hours will be charged the full reservation amount.
Special Events
Weddings, concerts, sporting events, holiday transportation, and other special event reservations may require deposits and are subject to separate cancellation policies disclosed during booking.
4. Flight Monitoring
When a valid airline flight number or private aircraft tail number is provided, LimoLift monitors arrival information whenever available.
Complimentary waiting time includes:
Domestic airline arrivals: 60 minutes after aircraft arrival
International arrivals: 90 minutes after aircraft arrival
Private aviation arrivals: based upon actual aircraft arrival and FBO operations
Additional waiting time will be billed in accordance with the applicable hourly rate.
If the passenger cannot be located within the complimentary waiting period and has not contacted LimoLift, the reservation may be considered a no-show and billed in full.
5. No-Show Policy
A reservation is considered a no-show when the passenger fails to appear at the scheduled pickup location within the applicable waiting period and has not contacted LimoLift regarding the reservation.
No-show reservations are non-refundable and will be billed in full.
6. Additional Stops and Schedule Changes
Requests for additional stops, destination changes, or schedule modifications are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Passengers should not request reservation changes directly from the chauffeur. All changes should be coordinated through LimoLift's dispatch office whenever possible.
7. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward chauffeurs, other passengers, and the vehicle.
The following conduct is prohibited:
Violence or threatening behavior
Harassment
Illegal drug use
Possession of illegal substances
Illegal weapons
Disorderly conduct
Vandalism
Smoking or vaping
Any behavior that creates an unsafe operating environment
The chauffeur has full authority to terminate service if passenger conduct presents a safety concern.
Termination of service under these circumstances shall not entitle the customer to a refund.
8. Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed by passengers twenty-one (21) years of age or older and only when permitted under applicable Colorado law.
Underage possession or consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Any violation may result in immediate termination of transportation services without refund.
9. Marijuana, Cannabis, Smoking & Vaping
Although marijuana is legal under certain circumstances in Colorado, the consumption of marijuana, cannabis products, or any illegal controlled substance inside any LimoLift vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Smoking and vaping of any substance, including tobacco, cannabis, nicotine products, and electronic cigarettes, is prohibited in every vehicle.
Violations may result in immediate termination of service and assessment of cleaning or damage fees.
10. Vehicle Damage and Cleaning
The individual responsible for the reservation accepts full financial responsibility for any damage caused by themselves or members of their party.
Charges may include, but are not limited to:
Upholstery damage
Broken glass
Interior damage
Exterior damage
Burns
Excessive cleaning
Biohazard cleanup
Vomit or bodily fluids
Smoking remediation
Minimum charges include:
Biohazard or vomit cleanup: $300
Smoking remediation: $500
Significant interior damage: Beginning at $500 plus actual repair costs
Additional repair costs and vehicle downtime may also be billed when applicable.
11. Lost Property
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle upon completion of the trip.
LimoLift LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Recovered items may be returned at the customer's expense.
12. Weather, Traffic, and Mountain Travel
Colorado weather and road conditions may affect travel times.
LimoLift is not responsible for delays resulting from:
Snowstorms
Ice
Chain restrictions
Avalanche mitigation
Mountain pass closures
Traffic congestion
Road construction
Accidents
Airport delays
Flight delays
Government restrictions
Public emergencies
Other events beyond our reasonable control
While every effort will be made to provide timely transportation, arrival times cannot be guaranteed under these circumstances.
13. Chauffeur Authority
For the safety of all passengers, chauffeurs have the authority to refuse or discontinue transportation when continued service would:
Violate applicable law
Endanger passengers
Endanger the chauffeur
Risk damage to the vehicle
Prevent safe operation
No refund shall be issued when service is terminated for these reasons.
14. Child Passenger Safety
LimoLift encourages the use of age-appropriate child safety seats whenever practical.
Customers requiring child restraint accommodations should notify LimoLift when making their reservation.
15. Dash Camera and Vehicle Recording Policy
For the protection of passengers, chauffeurs, and company property, LimoLift vehicles may be equipped with recording systems that capture both video and audio during transportation services.
Recordings may be used for:
Passenger safety
Chauffeur safety
Accident documentation
Insurance claims
Security investigations
Fraud prevention
Driver training
Quality assurance
Compliance with legal obligations
Recordings are maintained securely and accessed only by authorized personnel or service providers acting on behalf of LimoLift.
Recordings may be disclosed to insurance companies, attorneys, law enforcement agencies, courts, or other authorized parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate an incident or protect the legal rights of LimoLift.
Recordings are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, insurance, or regulatory purposes.
By booking transportation with LimoLift LLC, passengers acknowledge that audio and video recording systems may be operating during their reservation.
16. Privacy
Personal information collected during the reservation process is used solely to:
Process reservations
Communicate regarding transportation services
Process payments
Provide customer support
Meet legal and regulatory obligations

17. SMS Communications
By providing a mobile telephone number, customers consent to receive SMS messages regarding:
Reservation confirmations
Chauffeur arrival notifications
Reservation updates
Billing notifications
Customer service communications
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
Reply HELP for assistance.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
18. Force Majeure
LimoLift shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations when such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, wildfires, civil unrest, labor disputes, utility outages, governmental actions, pandemics, airport closures, road closures, or other unforeseen events.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LimoLift LLC's liability arising out of or relating to any reservation or transportation service shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected reservation.
Nothing contained in these Terms shall limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable Colorado or federal law.
20. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of Colorado unless applicable law requires otherwise.
21. Acceptance of Terms
By placing a reservation with LimoLift LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. You further authorize LimoLift LLC to process payment for all authorized charges associated with your reservation and agree to comply with all applicable policies governing the safe operation of our transportation services.
